Since 1995, she has practiced law, focusing on property rights, civil law, and penal law, while also serving as a Professor of Human Rights and Comparative Human Rights. Eni gained significant public recognition through her television program "Shihemi ne Gjyq" ("See You in Court") on TV Klan, part of "E Diela Shqiptare" since 2011, where she mediates conflicts and advocates for citizens' rights, pursuing her mission "We Want Justice". This platform allows her to effectively highlight systemic issues in law enforcement and access to justice. She is also a businesswoman, activist, and has collaborated as an expert/advisor with international organizations like OSCE, UNDP, UN Women, and UNICEF.
