Biography
Ms. Ardiola Hristiç, Principal, Regional Coordinator of Local Consultancy in the Western Balkans at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Albania.
Ardiola Hristic is with EBRD since year 2020, leading the Advice for Small Businesses team and activities in Albania and spearheading Local Consultancy projects’ area throughout the Western Balkans, by coordinating efforts and aiming to maximize regional market potential for MSME-s. Ardiola has strong management experience in advisory and banking industry, with a wealth of experience in various innovative projects, including women led businesses.
Before joining EBRD she has worked for almost two decades for a commercial bank in Albania, holding important Management and Senior Executive positions, with a strong business management experience in banking, extensive leadership roles in different innovative, green and digital transformation projects.
