Biography
Anila Hyka Smørgrav exemplifies the globally connected professional, bringing over 25 years of international experience in technology and digital transformation to her role as a Solution Business Partner at the corporate level, previously serving as Engagement Director for complex projects at Orange Business Services.
Holding Master's degrees in Business Administration (ESCP Europe) and Computer Science (University of Oslo), her expertise spans the telecom sector, IT, project management, and developing digital strategies for enterprises across Albania, Norway, the USA, France, and Switzerland. Beyond her corporate achievements, Ms. Hyka Smørgrav is deeply committed to the Albanian diaspora.
She serves as Vice-chair of the Diaspora Coordination Council, is President of the French-Albanian association "Albania", contributes to the GERMIN organization, and has been honoured as "Nation's Ambassador" and "Women Who Make Albania". Her mission to empower the diaspora by fostering engagement and leveraging collective skills for Albania's development resonates powerfully with the theme of the Global Woman Diaspora Summit.
